Cholila is a small Andean population of 5000 approx. just an hour and twenty minutes ride from Esquel airport. It is also home base for Cholila Angling Adventures.

Around Cholila and within an hour drive range, there are 4 lakes (Cholila, Rivadavia, Verde and Futalaufquen) and 4 rivers (Carrileufu, Rivadavia, Arrayanes and Tigre) among some others, all part of the same watershed that flows into the Los Alerces National Park. All of them have incredible Rainbow, Brown and Brook Trout as well as Atlantic Landlocked Salmon fishing. Big fun awaits you fishing dries, nymphs and streamers to challenging fish all day.
